🧠 N-Back Test

Press SPACE or CLICK/TAP (in the test area) when the current position/color matches the one from N steps back
Note: Cursor will be hidden inside grid cells during the test (this is intentional to prevent position tracking)

How to Use (click to expand)
  1. Click the test area (or press Space) to begin.
  2. Watch colored squares appear in different positions of the 3×3 grid.
  3. 1-Back: Click/tap or press Space if current square matches previous one (position AND color).
  4. 2-Back: Click/tap or press Space if current square matches the one from 2 steps back.
  5. 3-Back: Click/tap or press Space if current square matches the one from 3 steps back.
  6. Don't click/press anything if there's no match.
  7. Press Esc to pause/resume (keyboard only).
  8. Measures working memory through hits, false alarms, and d′ (sensitivity).
